Hello hello, I’m Nicole — a Waste Management Consultant, sustainability communicator, and curious traveller who’s on a mission to make waste a little less boring and a lot more inspiring.

With a Master’s in Environmental Engineering and Business Management from Imperial College London and 3+ years of hands-on experience in solid waste management, I’ve helped cities to strengthen their waste systems.

Along the way, I’ve learned that technical solutions alone aren’t enough to create change. Real impact happens when communications connects to shift behaviours, build trust, and drive sustainable growth.

Travel is central to my work and my life. From city streets in Asia to coastal communities in Africa and island nations in the Caribbean, I’ve seen how waste and sustainability issues play out differently across the globe. These experiences fuel me to find creative ways to communicate sustainability and show how everyone can be part of the solution.
